Shipping & Delivery Policy
As a distinguished destination in the Kingdom, we are committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery services according to the following terms:
- Within Jeddah: Delivery is completed within 24 business hours, excluding official holidays.
- Across Saudi Arabia: Delivery takes approximately 4–10 business days.
- GCC Countries: Shipping is available for a fee of 54 SAR, with delivery estimated between 4–7 business days from the invoice date.
- International Shipping: Available for a fee of 75 , with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 business days from the invoice date.
- If the customer does not receive the order within 15 days from the notification date, it will be automatically canceled.
